Infant Care
Toddler Care
We serve breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Maddy-Tay's Preschool is on the CACFP, which monitors all items served to the children. All foods and drinks served meet the requirements for healthy eating. We make sure the proper food groups are served and the proper amounts. Menus are posted on a weekly basis, and are available to take home upon request.
If your child is not able to eat or drink what is served, please notify us, and we will try to have the proper food on hand. If this is not feasible, you may bring what your child needs and it will be stored and served as desired.

Maddy-Tay’s Preschool strives to offer your child the best care possible. We offer a variety of daily activities, including academic and hands-on curriculum. We also provide breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Our goal is to help you raise your child with good moral principles and be academically and socially ready for their future.

We provide a variety of services including:
​Infants are children between the ages of 6 weeks and 24 months. Care is available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The cost is $220.00 per week, due on Monday for the current week of childcare. **
Toddlers are children between the ages of 2 years and 3 years. Care is available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The cost is $210.00 per week, due on Monday for the current week of childcare. **

Preschool  Care
Pre-school children are those who are 3 yrs. and potty-trained through age 5. Care is available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The cost is $200.00 per week, due on Monday for the current week of childcare. 
After-school Care
Available to age 10 years. Cost is $140.00 per week, due on Monday for the current week.  
School-Age Summer Months
Available to age 10 years. Cost is $155.00 per week, due on Monday for the current week. 


**Part time hours are available.
